Indulge Day

   Hola!! Wow...I didn't post for how long...8 days?? Well...with the Assignment Week and Getting A Bad Cold At The Same Time Week hogging me, all seems very hectic. Anyway, for the moment its quite good. And quite a fruitful one too. Kudos to akito for finding the songs to my favourite anime. YEAH!!! While its only about mini 4WD racing, Bakuso Kyodai Let's & Go has some of the nice opening and ending songs. And yeah, while the game is rather dated, I got the first glimpse of the Exodia power in the YugiOh PS game. Damn......pure power. So for the rest of the night, I guess I'll get a nice hot bath before indulging on some games...Jaa!

Pray

   I don't know why there's much incidents this year. Ranging to the Iraq war, SARS, the rise in crimes...and my first subject failure. It seems that the Year Of The Goat isn't friendly with everyone. I pray that this will turn out better the next few months. Lets pray for it. Even if you don't believe in God, just pray. Every voices counts. Just hope would do nice too.

Talents and Skills

   We've all heard about being highly educated is the best policy in life. It guarantees you good jobs (most of the time) and also respect from the masses. But while this is true, sometimes I wonder that if sportsman and famous writers can churn out money at their command, what good is that supposed guarantee?? A fine example would be the salaries. A famous football player can command a hefty salary of at least US 8 to 10 million a year without counting the other side incomes!. Compare this to the salary of a famous scientist or academic fellow which I can say be much less than the figure above. Sometimes this is rather enlightening..

PS: Beckham has moved to Real Madrid. Time for a change of fav teams I suppose...or not.....

Puked Off Spin Offs

   Have you ever listened to a hit and popular song and got that yucky and feeling after you've heard another or make it countless rendition of it?? I' have done so and boy do I hate those "easy money lets make another version in another language" composers. One good example would be the theme song to Winter Sonata( a Korean soap which is a rage in Malaysia currently...which makes way to more Korean soaps...yada.. yada). Ok the song is fine in Korean. Although I still prefer Japanese songs, its still in my good list. Then after a few weeks time, a Malay and English version of it came out. Ok, I'm kinda spooked here but hey, I'm not a great fan afterall so who cares! The final showdown came today when I flicked over the television channels and ........heard the Hokkien version of it!!!!(Hokkien is one of the many slangs of Chinese). Oh man! People are so desperate that these is happening. Pity my ears!

Retards

   We all know racism exist anywhere and is something that cannot be avoided especially in multi racial countries.But one do wonder with anonymity of the Internet, these things are also there to make situations unpleasant. Well the situation I encountered was in an online game I'm playing; Dragon Raja. Fortunately the situation does not apply to me as I was only there to witness. There few players arguing in my guild chat about racism and calling names. HELL!!! Sometimes these people are just freaking lunatics who are very stick minded(Broom stick). One could say that while race and religions make us different, we ARE STILL HUMAN. Just measles or speck of dust to superior beings than us. If only the world's continent didn't separate, we will still be in the same land. No man's land exclusively. But fate(God's will) had us being different but not totally.


   Huh! I'm just fed up with these things. Oh, well just remember this, we all walk under the same sky, at least here on Earth ;p.

Seesm like this is a new kind of get-to-know friends network where you can add friends and add their friends to become yours. Naturally yours truly got interested and joined in. Mouldy Day

   I got the sore throat again today even though I don't drink cold drinks or eat too much of fried foods. Heck, the doctor even adviced me to remove the tonsil if it is bothering my studies. Hahaha, like hell I wanna go under the knife just to remove that thing. That's not all that happened today. The instant I woke up after my afternoon nap(I feel drowsy after that medicine), I went to have some tea with some red bean biscuits. The damn thing is, the biscuits are mouldy and I ate two to make matters worse. I feel like the dirty sink with all the mold. Great???.....not!!!

   I went to hang out with my friends today. Woooo...and the weather is so blistering hot!! We meet up in the library and guess what?? Only me and Li Ting was on time......(Janet, you told me to be early!!! ;D) Anyway Mak, Tan, Khee Chin, Janet and a friend of Li Ting proceeded later. Hehehe, here's some pics I took while they are looking.....heheh...

PS: I've been addicted to Dragon Raja, a MMORPG with a Malaysian server these few days, so the blog isn't updated much ;p

Climbing the steps

   My last term results was bad. How bad?? I failed one of the subjects and only managed to get a C for the other. Hmmm........very bad...this the first time i failed my subjects in college. Guess I didn't put much on study last term. But now that I know my rivals, I'm more geared up. My biggest challenge is myself. I need to compete with myself. I'll post in glory next term. Just watch it.....;)
